Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic lifting seminar is a two-part series.

The first day covers the clean & jerk and the second day covers the snatch.

These movements are extraordinarily complex and so we allocate as much time to the practise and coaching practise as we can, followed by practical applications for both your own training and your clients’ programmes.

You can sign up for both individually or save a few quid by bundling them together.

In our Kettlebell Masterclass, we cover the origin story of kettlebells, the science behind their effectiveness, and then take a deep dive into the practical application of them.

You’ll learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively for your own training, whilst also learning how to programme for your client’s training.

Our Kettllebell Masterclass is delivered by Kevin Wright who has spent the last 20 years delivering S&C programmes for professional football clubs, Scottish Rugby and the Scottish Women’s National Team.
